Hi, our names are Josh and Ashley Yow, and we are the owners and operators of Oasis Home Inspections. We are members and Certified Professional Inspectors of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and affiliates of multiple Boards of Realtors.

We perform residential and apartment inspections for buyers, sellers and homeowners. During our inspection we will inspect from top to bottom and everything in between, including the Roof, Site, Grounds & Grading, Exterior, Decks, Attic, Interior, Fireplaces, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Water Heater, Appliances, Basement/Crawlspace, Attached Garages, Foundation. As part of our standard inspection we also look for signs of mold and pests.
If mold testing is needed we use professional equipment to test your home for mold. We offer direct contact and air quality sampling.
Radon is a naturally occurring, colorless, odorless, radioactive gas formed from the decay of uranium in rocks and soil. We partner with a radon mitigator for all your radon needs.
